- To hire, discharge and supervise the work of any service employees and contractors. To demand, receive and collect all rentals, including the billing of any charges in addition to rents
- To maintain a bank account for security deposits and rental income
- To contest tax assessments when practical
- To provide general bookkeeping
- To submit quarterly, or as desired, a complete property management report
